A jet scrubber is a special ejector for the purpose of washing gas with liquid.

The jet scrubber uses a nozzle with a special structure to spray the pressurized liquid (washing liquid) into high-speed flowing conical mist droplets. After the liquid is sprayed into droplets, the specific surface area increases, and the surrounding gas is driven to move with it by viscosity, thereby generating suction force to inhale the washed gas.

After being inhaled by the washed gas, the particles in the gas are captured by the droplets due to collision with the droplets, and the gas soluble in the washing liquid in the gas is also transferred into the droplets.

Finally, the droplets and gas mixture are separated by the separator, and the gas is discharged at the same time, realizing the entire gas washing process.

The jet system has a simple structure, stable operation, and does not require a fan. It can be used for cooling and dust removal of flammable and explosive, high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-dust gases.

The size of the standard scrubber can meet the processing capacity requirements from a few cubic meters per hour to thousands of cubic meters.
